ChiefClaw provides a cloud-based platform for deploying and managing AI agents powered by OpenClaw. Our Service includes hosting infrastructure, platform integrations (Telegram and future channels), a management dashboard, and related support services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated bulk communications

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChiefClaw and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Telegram (and future channels). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChiefClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
